Really glad to see such an outpouring of support. Winni is a fine person, and it breaks my heart to know how Anton stole from her. But I agree that revenge is not something we should get into. (Though admittedly I wouldn't feel bad at all if the CDRH ever decided to inspect the records at "Hive Laser"... That would be fun to watch!)

Well, revenge might not help but there's no reason not to legally distrain his goods and chattels to the value thereof, is there? Thing is, if that happens, what happens to said spoils? In practical terms, claiming the laser gear itself is best, and if he tries to get rid of it, that's going to get noticed unless he dumps it for a pittance of its real worth. If a buyer sees it, give a shout here. It might help you more in the long run than any discount you'd get. Gaining the alliance of many is usually stronger than the alliance of one dodgy individual.

So far I have not got any email or reply from Anton ,it seems he didn't care about this things, ,so I think he made all excuse for us all the time ,no one true word .I have showed him about this ,but he has not said anything .Now it also is the beginning of Novermber that he said he will pay the balance ,but nothing .Maybe if he is a lie man ,he can make any excuse to lie u to make u trust to make one hope ,in fact ,it is a scam .
If Anton is not lie man ,i think he will explain about this and he also will pay that balance to us soon ,but at last he has not done anything .

At last ,I really am thanksful for PL friends'help so much .I don't know which word can express my full heart appreciation to every one now .

This is good. I agree, it's the best way. This is why this matters. Who cares if Anton is laughing at us? This could go one of two if not more ways... One, Winni suffers, nothing gets done, isolation and distrust grow, everything slows down a bit, or a lot. OR... (two) she gets help, motivation increases (may well be true for other people making and selling us stuff too), better stuff results, and everyone gets a chance at getting some of it. Except Anton perhaps, who might find that harder than anyone else.


Stiffler, if you have a debit or credit card you can pay a PayPal invoice, which would be sent to you via email, or a link posted for it, sent to you in private message. I'm not sure if Brad has found out how to do it though. I ended up sending to Jem who forwarded it via PayPal. But those electronic invoices really make it easy to pay so are a lot more useful than PayPal usually is.

I can also actually take a credit card if absolutely necessary. I have the machine on my desk. I can then pull the money out of my petty cash. The only thing is, since it's my employers, I should add about 3.5% just so they're not stuck with the fee for something personal. I've done it before though so, it's not a problem and I have plenty of cash sitting here as well. PM me if you want and I can give you a phone number or regular e-mail.
