I wanted to see what these are like, they look promising as Bridge points out, the Mitsi's may even be a bit stronger as the peak pulse is 350mW as opposed to the 300mW of the Opnext.

I'm in Aus and I'm assuming that you're in Aus as well Dave. I'm not interested in the brits norm of 1458557614 diodes per person so... Dave, would you mind parting with one or two of your 30 diodes because I don't want to wait/pay for shipping from UK.

These have a slightly higher pulse rating than the others, whilst the CW rating is the same. So in theory, they should do the same if not a little more.
