yeah, the only thing i was skeptical about is there (appears to be) is no adjustment on each diode head and yes they (the diodes) are manufactured to exacting standards but there is tolerance (as far as axis to can). And yes your cube thing is manufactured to exacting standards but there is tolerance (in the thing that holds the cube as well). Tolerance is good if they go in the same direction, however, tolerance is bad if they dont. Would there be a lab jig that would align the diodes then set them with epoxy like they do the sleds? Building it will be light years easier...than aligning it....![]()

The wall I am projecting on is 10 feet from the projector and all four of my colors are about the same size, 6 to 8mm I would guess. The green might be abit bigger than the rest. I thought a 4mm circle from a red was good...![]()
