Many of you know I've been battling a tough health problem. Got good news today, I'm hoping this is not a fluke, but the BP measured out at 108/69 today, getting me out of stage III hypertension and into stage I

Nobody KNOWS WHY IT HAPPENED! Two weeks ago I was still at 130/90. I'm putting it down to the power of faith...

So you'll have to put up with me a bit longer!!!
YEAH!
