i wouldnt buy from him.

i know and have met Jim a number of times and hes a top chap. so i believe what he says and if he says ben has pissed him around i believe him.

yes, and there is a big crackdown right now on ITAR vios. maybe not the raw rod, but certainly the resonant reflector structure.
