Brass is a little stiffer but i have tested a couple and they seem to work fine. I would not recommend stressing them plus and minus a bunch of times but i think they will work fine.

hi chad! really nice work on these mounts!

if you happen to sell some, I'll take some maybe 10 or so, and I could get you some customers

http://sites.google.com/site/laserthings/ - he was still working out paypal issues last time I checked. You may just want to PM him and get a better bulk price???

I still haven't figured out a good solution to the paypal issue but I am going to work on it on Sunday.

Shrad, If you want a big number like that I will cut you a deal.

Now I am worried about the aluminum, I know it will be fine but now it is sticking in my head.

OK, any pl senior members want to write a quick review? I need another set of eyes on this. I will send out a couple for people to try. And if they are happy then I will officially put them up for sale. I guess I have launch anxiety. The last damn thing I would want is is for them not to work correct.

    P.M me.

Send some to Pritzler and let him try it in his 24 diode setup he gave up because of stability problems.

If it works in his setup it works for everyone

I have a file written up in Alibre for a small 3 axis if you have a jig to hold the pieces...they are 12mm x 12mm x 8mm driven with 3 0-80 SHCS. Let me know if you would be willing to make a small run of these. I would bet they would sell......I need 8 pcs now. No CNC machine avail to me until mid Jan.

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

I like the little mounts, but either you have to make them black or I have to make everything else RED
