If i had the money for it, i probably have buyed one.
In the near future i want to try some other Dacs+Software
to look what kind of software works best for me (easy to use)
Damn that Pro dac with software is really affordable. i didn't know that.
I need to save/collect money this year for fireworks
Thanks for the offer ! maybe next year (coming soon)

    svendescheur,

you should be able to find reviews of many different dacs and show packages by searching through photonlexicon. i want to respect edison's for sale thread, so i'm not going to provide links and names.

i've heard good things about moncha, and would like spend time playing with one, but i've never had the opportunity to see one in person.

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

I have borrowed one to KGB. Also MichelRietveld has borrowed one to play with. I like it allot so i have a .net also soon in one of my Demoprojectors but i still can choose for ilda so i,m flexible. I have them on sale since i don,t use all 3 The bennefit is that you can start with moncha and after a while upgrade to Fiesta that works similar and has more features. My computer skills aren,t that great so i hope Michel can teach me a little bit more or someone else in the netherlands hopefully. I,m spending 14 hours a day on building up my company so at this point in time so finding time to learn it is like a needle in a haystack

Moncha is a pretty nice DAC/package but, fairly basic. (I have two of them.) Moncha is to Fiesta what Quickshow is to LD2000. And that's a fairly decent price.

Here's my sales pitch to help you out...

The Moncha DAC works with LSX, similar to Etherdream or Riya. Therefore, if you've been thinking about buying LSX and don't have a DAC, you could pick this one up for approx. $350 US and then buy LSX intro for (I think) $119 and have two good laser show programs and lots of pre-made shows for $469.

I have two Moncha DAC's already so I don't necessarily need a third but, I'm thinkin' 'bout it!

It would be a little like having 3 FB3's and be able to assign 3 separate things on three projectors with the one program.... humm. I think the lastest version of Moncha can handle up to 12 or 16 DAC's. Maybe I'm talking myself into it!
