I meant that Showtec offer a number of the same fixtures as Chauvet, and have a similar (often better) price point than Chauvet in Europe

Chauvet are apparently really on the up with the quality of their offering though, and much more into the pro market than previously considered.

Yup! That's me.

But on a more serious note, Chauvet beat Showtec for after sales support hands down in my experience. Plus have had much better reliabilty from my Chauvet stuff than my Showtec gear...
