Default Argon Multi-Line Laser/Power Supply Low Hours

    Hi folks,

Before I post pictures, I wanted to see if there was any interest in my argon laser.

I was a hobbyest over ten years ago, so I'm way out of the swing of the terminology.

Best I can tell you until I know there's interest:

Multi line; a prism brought out green/blue/violet.

    Beautiful turquoise without prism.

Seems to have been manufactured early-mid 90's.

Fan cooled, two separate units (head/ps)

    Low hours in the 300's.

If interested, I'm just looking for a fair price. Sam the laser dude suggested I try here, I used to belong to "alt.lasers" newsgroup back in the day.

Units are a little heavy, so shipping costs will factor in.

Has been kept in temperature-controlled storage for past ten years, covered, undisturbed.

I'll get it out and take pics if there is genuine interest in purchasing it.

Again, just looking for a fair price. Not expecting to go on vacation with the proceeds.

    Thanks.

make and model, output power, electrical/cooling requirements, and location would be helpful.

also, if it's sat for 10 years, it may no longer be functional.

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.

It would help if you fill in the location which you are at. We have a lot of members from around the world so it helps! If you have any model numbers, water or air cooled (you noted this), 3-phase or single phase etc... I also was on alt.lasers long ago, welcome to PL.

Laser (the acronym derived from Light Amplification by Stimulated Emissions of Radiation) is a spectacular manifestation of this process. It is a source which emits a kind of light of unrivaled purity and intensity not found in any of the previously known sources of radiation. - Lasers & Non-Linear Optics, B.B. Laud.
