Very, very nice. That's an impressive bit of work. A single mode RGB projector has been on the wish list for some time. The real question is if you'd ever consider taking an order to build one for someone else?
I have to agree with the others Philipp, that is a VERY classy build and very inspiring. Nice work!

I have a question, i noticed on your interface that you have a TEC for it, where is that mounted at? is it under the plate the diodes are on or is it for future upgrades? I was wondering what you are using to drive the diodes too, one thing i lack at the moment are reliable drivers, i lost my 650nm experiment on one driver that was going to be used on my 638nm laser, i was so happy it did not fail on the 638 due to the cost.

Out of interest, what is your issue with drivers Draco?
Personally I don't think any of the drivers most people are using are that expensive but it's a relative thing. I've used and abused FM2, FM3, Daves dual channel and BBE dual channel so far. It's clearly not their being the availability of drivers that your problem is

You are using Bonetti's defense against me, ah?
I thought it fitting, considering the rocky terrain.
Yes there is TEC mounted under the rgb module plate :
I think 650nm diodes are easily killed by various factors. im not sure , other could chime in on that
But as for driver I have never got any problems with , Im using Daves Dual Drive and Badpip dual drive , never had a single problem, Im sure others out there should have any problems like BBE, FMP3 etc....

Philipp,
I'm interested in knowing more about how you went working with the carbon fibre panels. How you cut the holes for aperture etc, drilling etc, tools/difficulties.
I've watched a few videos since I saw this thread just out of interest (thx for the tangent). Seems like it could be hard to work with without proper tools...
Its not hard with the right tools, just takes lots of time to get it nicely done, rushing things makes it ugly, learn it the hard way :P
I used mainly normal hacksaw blade used for cutting steel to cut a big straight section out, cutting out the window I drilled 4 small holes in every corner and fed the wire saw throught and cut it, db25 & IEC input cutout I used dremel rotary tool, be sure to wear mask! and lots of sandpaper with water to get the rough edges off
Also mask up all the section to be cutted with a masking tape
Tools:
Normal Saw blade cutter for steel
Wiresaw
Dremel tool ( Wire saw also does the job )
Sandpaper 220 & 400 Grit
Bench drill press for all the screw holes
