Who do you think your fooling Allen ? Really , you have shrunk yourself down to the size of a smurf. lol Just keep doing unauthorized laser shows , and hopefully one day we can all hear that you were finally arrested by the FDA. I now feel really sorry for you man but you have to be smart enough to know when to listen to people. Look at DSL projectors and portfolio , do you think he did that overnight , NO . It takes years and lots of experience to reach to that level. Your problem is you want it all right now. But unfortunately your shooting yourself in the foot before you can even start your quest of being a pro Laserist. I dont know what else to say man , GROW UP AND BE A RESPONSIBLE ADULT , YOUR DANGEROUS LASERS DEMAND SUCH AN OWNER !!

I don't wish to do this as a career or anything along those lines, its one of those on the side, as a hobby type thing for me, but anything I do, even if its not related to lasers, I don't settle for toys as my gear, I like getting and having the best so it lasts the longest and works well for what I want to do with the gear, from lasers to lighting fixtures, speakers/amplifiers, electronic components, whatever it may be.

And like I said a million times by now, i'm working on my product report (have been since sept), since you guys wont help, I have been asking my questions directly to the CDRH, and they are actually quite helpful, in their own words to the questions I asked steve, and I wont tell who, he happens to be the one that shut down the outdoor shows in Las Vegas "...Put your source as OEM, 2) Your proposed beam attenuators would be acceptable, 3) For 9.1 describe your enclosures as you do here. That should be sufficient." ALSO "...It is up to you to build a system in compliance with all the safety requirements of 21CFR part 10.40 that apply to your product." Also when I spoke with him over the phone, he stated that if your systems are built in accordance to http://www.accessdata.fda.gov/script...cfm?fr=1040.10 then you will get an accession number, and also when you guys mentioned "someone" got a fine for >$2500 for an incorrect label? How is that possible? When ALL the label requirements for each class are listed RIGHT THERE, WORD FOR WORD PER CLASS? Someone who cant simply copy and paste a label SHOULD NOT get a variance because he probably didn't even read all of the requirements, as you guys were wagging your tails at me since sept, and I was playing along I've also been reading all the requirements section by section, like I said, I have school, I don't have time to finish the whole thing in a month especially when its all new stuff to me...
