Just arrived safely home. Apologies for disappearing early but i've a ton of work to do before tomorrow.

Yet another great LEM, too many people to thank individually, but here's a collective thank you to everyone. Couple of special mentions though, first to Jim for organising the event, next to rob for his 'tuning' skills with regard to my little RGB and to Graham for providing some great toonz over the weekend. Also, gotta mention Adrian (for his electronics knowledge), and Steve (collectively) for helping me to set up my analogue DMX board. Once we'd found a left handed screwdriver and turned everything upside down it all made sense .

Special mention to Dan for providing some OPSL and some gas whitelight goodness, and to Ryan for his monster copper vapour. Certainly made standing outside in the freezing cold worthwhile

Hope everyone has/had a safe journey home and I look forward to seeing you all again at Surfleet in September (or before if you can get to the ShowLEM).

    Cheers

    Jem

    Hi all,

just got back, now have to empty the car But more importantly thanks to everyone for yet another great UKLEM. Particular thanks to Sir Stanwax and his able assistant Lord Gashead, we finally saw green from the Laser Infinity YAG !!!! A really great moment and I cannot thank everyone involved enough. we also managed to resurrect my old "small" HeNe and Argon RGB "studio" projector, which was very nostalgic. Maybe these gas beasts will start a comeback? It was really great to see everyone again from near and far, even Dimmers showing up as the Dutch contingent, which was a pleasure as usual, thanks for the cookies! Enough exclamation marks and smileys for now. Just a really big thank you to everyone. See you all later in the year.

    Cheers

    Steve

Another excellent weekend ... Thanks for sorting it again Jim your a leg end.... sorry a Legend :-)

Loads of delicious laser lights from a whole range sources, just fantastic...where else can you see museum pieces and the latest diode/opsl lasers?... Surfleet.

The top table workshop on setting up an APC40 was excellent and at the other end in the kitchen more yag's, base plates, diodes and allen keys than food on the table.... brilliant.

Great to see everyone and a few new faces too....

Sorry I had no room in my car Dan.... next time. :-)

    Here's to the next one...
