Hey all... A guy I purchased two used lasers from last spring when I first got into this, has been having difficulty selling three new units for his boss. They were purchased to be installed in a club in Las Vegas and the club shut down before they were ever unboxed. He's offered to give me a small commission if I can help get them sold and I agreed to post them here. I have cautioned him that most members here are going to review the specs on these and laugh at the price though. He's reduced them $1,000 after having them listed without even any looks for a month so I finally said o.k., I'll post them, pointing out that we DO have members all over the world and someone MIGHT have some interest.

I bought 2 of them, so I will be picking them up later today. Hopefully they are working to spec!

got mine today, mismatched head and driver like you said... was doing ~30~35mW out of box... opened up driver and it seems pretty obvious which pots are for the tecs (all near the DB15) and which pots are for the LD (next to the LD)

So i started tweaking pots for peak output... got it stable ~70mW ONLY by tweaking the TEC's... did not touch LD current

its been running for a few hours now and its hovering around 74mW +/-1mW... really cool color

assuming the front of the driver is the part with the LED's the two pots directly behind the key switch seemed to affect power output a lot, but theres a "lag" between making a change and the power output (guess as the temperature drifts) so I literally just tweaked each pot a tiny but and waited, then continued... the third pot behind they key switch didn't seem to do anything

the pot directly behind the "on off" switch also has some sort of effect but that one is really sensitive... if you find the sweet spot it helps a lot, but if you lose it your power will go down dramatically until you find it again

I didn't touch any other pots... I am guessing the ones towards the rear (mod input etc) are probably offset/diode current
