pulled out 2 cables on the ILDA board.
now the lasers are constantly working, but the galvo's are not scanning. i only see the galvo mirror go into place, then does nothing.

also ordered the PT-30k galvo's and new PT-ITRUST set from phenixtechnology.
I hope they will arive soon!

Ok, so the lasers are clearly TTL- (they require a voltage on the mod line to switch them off)
This is why they flash on startup usually (the difference in time between the laser driver powering the head, and the control board applying the modulation voltage)

So, you know that:
1) The galvos are working
2) The lasers are working
3) The ILDA board is working (it must be, as if its powered up and connected, it manages to switch off the lasers and move the glavos)

So, the cables you've removed are either/or both of the signal cables for TTL blanking and galvo signal, or power for the board itself. Try tracing the cables and see where they go to

Actually it didnt.
Now i will claim massive profit from you

@norty: i tried some more and its actually one cable.
A cable leading to the (i think it is) driver board of the galvo's.
Plug it in the ilda board and lasers blink and turn off after powering the projector.
Plug it out and lasers keep working.
In both cases the galvo mirrors set itself to standard position but wont scan a thing.

i am careful with this equipment thats why i take masterpj's advice and, indeed, put it away and leave it there until its time to bring it to the mini lem.

If a person spams so much that it really angry's people then eventually someone or more will alert the admin himself.
